1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Radhe Web Studio ("we", "us", "our") for web design services — whether through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
2. Services Provided
Radhe Web Studio provides custom website design and development services, primarily for clinics (dental, skin, physiotherapy, etc.) and real estate businesses (apartments, builders, agents) in India. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon before work begins and confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total agreed project fee is due before work begins. This payment confirms the project and secures your slot.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live or files are handed over.
- Payment Methods: UPI, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.
- Delayed Payment: If the final payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the website until full payment is made.
4. Revisions Policy
- Pre-launch revisions are unlimited — we will make as many changes as needed until you are fully satisfied with the design before the website goes live.
- Revisions include changes to layout, content, colours, text, images, and features within the originally agreed scope.
- Requests that add new pages, sections, or features beyond the original scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
- Once the website has been approved and launched, any further changes are not covered under the revision policy and will require a separate maintenance or update package.
5. 1-Year Bug-Fix Warranty
- After launch, we provide a 1-year free warranty covering bugs, broken functionality, or technical issues arising from our own code or build.
- The warranty covers: broken links, layout issues across devices, form malfunctions, and similar technical defects.
- The warranty does not cover: content updates, new sections or pages, design changes, domain/hosting issues, or third-party plugin failures.
- For content updates or ongoing changes after launch, please enquire about our maintenance packages.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, logo, business details) in a timely manner.
- Review and approve design drafts within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or legal regulations.
- Provide prompt feedback to avoid project delays.
Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide content or approvals will not be the responsibility of Radhe Web Studio and may affect the agreed delivery timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client receives full ownership of the completed website design and its assets.
- Radhe Web Studio retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
- Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) used in the project are subject to their respective licences.
8. Project Timeline
We typically deliver websites within 3–7 working days from the date of advance payment and receipt of all required content. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and the Client's responsiveness. We will communicate any delays promptly.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, pricing, or project details shared during the engagement, and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Radhe Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of project engagement shall apply to that engagement.
