Payments are milestone-linked — typically 10% advance, then staged payments tied to verified completion (foundation, structure, finishing, handover). No upfront full payment ever.
Yes — we provide a 5-year structural warranty and 1-year warranty on all finishing work. Detailed warranty documents are part of the handover package.
