No — you can self-refer directly to us. However, if you have a GP referral or medical notes, please bring them to your first session as they're very helpful.
Initial assessments are 45–60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are 45 minutes. This ensures your physiotherapist has enough time to provide hands-on care.
Yes, we are registered with all major health insurance providers including BUPA, AXA, Vitality, and Cigna. Please bring your policy number to your first appointment.
